CHOCOLATE CREAM - CHEESE CAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. corn starch
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Cream butter, cream cheese, sugar, and corn starch. Add egg, milk, and vanilla. Beat at high speed until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

CHOCOLATE LAYERS:

One devil's food cake mix (Duncan Hines is good). Mix according to directions.

Spread half of batter in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Spread cream cheese layer over it. Spread rest of chocolate mix on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes until cake springs back lightly. Cool. Frost with 1 can devil's food frosting.
