SWEET POTATO PIE 
3 c. pureed, cooked sweet potatoes, fresh or canned
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Pastry for deep single 9 inch pie crust. Combine all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. Makes one 9 inch pie.
