1 lb. ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 1 can tomatoes 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 tsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. ground cinnamon pinch of cloves 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. raisins, soaked in 1/2 c. hot stock 1/2 c. olives (green) Brown and drain beef. Add onion, tomatoes, garlic, vinegar, oil, cinnamon, cloves, salt, raisins with stock and green olives. Simmer for 30 minutes. Stock can be made with bouillon cube. Great served with black beans and rice. |
