1 yellow cake mix (with pudding in the mix) 1 lg. can Eagle Brand milk 1 (8 oz.) can cream of coconut (found in the mix drink section) 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 pkg. frozen coconut Bake cake mix as directed on box in a sheet pan. Punch holes in cake with toothpick. Pour can of Eagle Brand milk over cake while hot. Let cake cool. Punch holes in cake with toothpick. Pour can of cream of coconut over cake. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate. |
