SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Put in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
