YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 med. yellow squash, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 grated onion
1 beaten egg
Cheese crackers

Cook squash and put in 2 quart baking dish. Mix all other ingredients except cheese and crackers and pour over squash. Put cheese on next then crackers on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 300 degrees.
