QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 (9 inch) crust, unbaked
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs
2 c. whipping cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Sprinkle bacon and cheese into pie crust. Beat eggs lightly, add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature of oven to 300 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer.
