ORIENTAL LETTUCE SALAD 
1 head lettuce, torn up
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 bunch green onion, sliced
1/2 to 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 to 5 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 can chow mein noodles (3 oz.)
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. soy sauce (less may be used)
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. ketchup

Combine lettuce, water chestnuts, onion, bacon, chicken and noodles. In another dish combine oil, soy sauce, dry mustard, honey and ketchup. Mix well. Pour over salad just before serving.
