2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. oil

Remove 3/4 cup of mixture after combining all of above ingredients. Add 1 cup chopped nuts to 3/4 cup mixture and set aside.

Beat 1 egg and add 1 cup milk into remaining mixture and mix well. Pour into greased pan (9x13x2) and sprinkle dry nut mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
