MELISSA'S VANILLA CREAM PIE 
1 small tub Cool Whip *regular size*
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 graham cracker pie crust

Mix the first 4 ingredients on a high speed for at least 5 minutes, or until very thick and mousse-like.

Fill the pie shell with the mixture, top with crumbled graham crackers, chill for about an hour... voila!

Serve!
