PARTY HAM
10-12 lb. tenderized smoked ham
Whole Cloves
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons Prepared Mustard

Wrap a tenderized smoked ham loosely in wrapping paper; place fat side up on rack in uncovered master. Add no water. Bake in moderate oven (325°F.) allowing 3 1/2 to 4 hours for 10-12 lb. ham or as directed on wrapper.

After baking ham, remove the paper and skin. Score fat in squares. Stud each square with whole cloves. Combine sugar with flour; stir in mustard. Spread ham with mixture.

Bake in a moderately hot oven (400°F.) 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with pineapple slices browned in ham liquor.
