10-12 lb. tenderized smoked ham Whole Cloves 1 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons flour 4 tablespoons Prepared Mustard Wrap a tenderized smoked ham loosely in wrapping paper; place fat side up on rack in uncovered master. Add no water. Bake in moderate oven (325°F.) allowing 3 1/2 to 4 hours for 10-12 lb. ham or as directed on wrapper. After baking ham, remove the paper and skin. Score fat in squares. Stud each square with whole cloves. Combine sugar with flour; stir in mustard. Spread ham with mixture. Bake in a moderately hot oven (400°F.) 15 minutes or until golden brown.
