AMARETTO ICE CREAM PIE 
CRUST:

1 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. amaretto liqueur

FILLING:

3/4 of 1/2 gal. ice cream, softened (any buttery flavor)
1/4 c. amaretto liqueur

SAUCE:

1/3 c. fudge ice cream topping
4 tbsp. amaretto liqueur
Sliced almonds

Place crust mixture into 9" pie plate, buttered or sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle amaretto over crust. Mix ice cream with amaretto. Pour into crust, spreading until level. Top with sauce. Sprinkle sliced almonds over topping. Freeze until ready to serve.
