HOLIDAY YAM BAKE | |
1 (40 oz.) can yams, drained & mashed 1/2 c. brown sugar 3 tbsp. melted butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 c. coconut 1 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. flour 1/3 c. melted butter 3/4 c. chopped pecans Combine yams, brown sugar, 3 tablespoons butter, vanilla and pineapple. Spoon into lightly greased 8" square baking dish. Combine rest of ingredients and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. |
