GREEN BEANS WITH LEMON SAUCE 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen French style green beans
3/4 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c.milk
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened

In large saucepan, cook green beans as directed on package; drain. In small skillet, cook almonds in butter until golden brown.

In small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; heat stirring occasionally until smooth and creamy. Pour over beans. Garnish with almonds.

Serves 9-12.
