1/2 lb. boiled ham, finely diced
1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese, sharp
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 slightly beaten eggs

Toss ham, cheese, cracker crumbs together and spread in buttered baking dish, 9"x13" or so.

Combine all other ingredients and pour over ham mixture and place in 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 at luncheon.

May use 1 can of Spam instead of ham, increase amount of servings by adding two or more eggs.

I use left over baked ham.

Add together saute 1/4 pound mushrooms, 3 to 5 minutes in 2 tablespoons butter and cool while grating cheese and dicing ham.

Toss ham and cheese mixture and omit butter in liquid part of recipe.
