STRAWBERRY JAM 
2 qt. strawberries, mash completely
1 box Sure-Jell

Stir in; bring to a hard rolling boil; add 6 1/2 cups sugar, stirring constantly. Bring to hard boil again for 1 minute. Skim off top and pour jam into jars; seal with hot paraffin; when cooled, cover with lid.
