PLUM-GOOD RIBS 
3 to 4 lbs. pork spare ribs
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. plum jam
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. orange juice
1 clove garlic

Cut ribs into serving pieces; place in shallow, foil lined pan, meaty side down. Cover tightly with more foil; bake at 325 degrees 1 hour.

Meanwhile, combine remaining 5 ingredients. Remove foil; drain off drippings. Brush both sides of ribs with sauce; pour remaining sauce evenly over ribs. Return to oven and bake 30 minutes, brushing ribs with sauce every 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
