POTATO - CHEESE CHOWDER 
8 potatoes, cubed
4 stalks of celery, chopped
2 med. onions, chopped
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. chopped ham
2 c. Velveeta cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 c. creamed celery soup

Combine potatoes, celery, onions, bouillon cubes with enough water to cook. Cook in slow cooker overnight. Then add ham, cheese, sour cream and soup. Heat thoroughly.
