CRUNCHY APPLE PIE 
Peeled, sliced apples
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Salt

Fill pan 2/3 full of peeled, sliced apples. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.

In small bowl, combine 3/4 cup melted butter, 1 cup sugar (or slightly less), 1 cup flour, 1 egg, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and a pinch of salt. Pour this mixture over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

1 cup Bisquick may be substituted for the flour.
