SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans yams
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. nuts (chopped)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 pkg. marshmallows

Heat yams to boiling. Drain off liquid. Add all ingredients. Beat on low setting until smooth texture. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Bake 350 - 375 degrees, 40-45 minutes. Top with marshmallows. Bake until marshmallows are golden brown.
