RESTUFFED POTATOES 
10 lg. "bakers"
1 cube butter
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. onion salt
Bacon bits
Parsley
Pepper to taste

Bake potatoes at 350 degrees until just done. Let cool. Cut potatoes in half. Scoop out inside of potatoes leaving a shell 1/4 inch thick. Blend potatoes with above ingredients. Spoon into shells. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve immediately.
