SUGAR PLUM BACON 
1/2 lb. sliced bacon
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Let bacon come to room temperature. Cut each slice in half crosswise. Combine sugar and cinnamon, coat each bacon slice with the brown sugar mixture. Twist and place in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and sugar is bubbly, watch bacon closely; sugar burns easily. Place the cooked bacon slices on foil to cool. Serve at room temperature.
