CABBAGE SALAD 
1 firm head grated cabbage
1 red pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 carrots, grated
8 radishes, sliced thin
4 stems chopped celery

Dressing:

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. herb or cider vinegar
1/4 c. white wine
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Toss vegetables lightly; add dressing. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
