HAMBURGER WHEELS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped celery
3/4 tsp. salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 bouillon cube
1/2 c. hot water
Biscuit dough, using 3 c. biscuit mix or flour

Cook meat and vegetables in skillet until browned. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, flour; add bouillon cube dissolved in water. Roll out biscuit dough to 10 x 14 inch rectangle. Spread meat on dough. Roll like jelly roll. Slice 1 inch thick. Place slices on baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.

MUSHROOM SAUCE:

Stir 1/2 cup milk into 1 can mushroom soup. Heat; serve over Hamburger Wheels.
