TACOS & ENCHILADAS 
4 lb. ground beef
Crushed garlic
Salt, pepper & cumin to taste
2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 cans water
Tortillas, taco shells
Onions, chopped
Grated cheese
Chili powder

Brown first 5 ingredients; drain fat. Add tomato sauce and water. Simmer 45 minutes. Drain mixture. Keep juice. Heat tortillas in oil only long enough to be hot and drain.

Make a mixture of flour and water for thickening. Add chili powder. Pour into juice from meat. Put 1 tablespoon of meat in tortilla. Add onions and roll. Place in baking dish. When dish is full pour on sauce and add grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees until hot.

For Tacos - put a spoonful of meat in shell. Add cheese. Have lettuce and tomatoes and chopped onions for toppers. Serve with chips.
