1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bag tater tots
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Grated Cheddar cheese
Grated Monterey Jack cheese

Brown beef and onions together in skillet. In casserole bowl, put 1/2 of tater tots. Then put the beef mixture on top of tater tots. Add soups and top with a layer of cheese. Then add remaining tater tots and top that with another layer of cheese. Cook about 30 minutes until browned.
