TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
1 lb. frozen tater tots
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
3 tbsp. onion flakes
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1 pkg. frozen peas, optional

Put raw, crumbled hamburger in the bottom of a 13 1/2 X 8 inch dish. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the hamburger meat. Pour cream of celery on top of the cheese. Next, add the onion flakes.

Add a layer of peas, optional. Top with tater tots. Cover and bake at 325°F for at least one hour or until the meat is cooked to your liking.
