2 cans white cream style corn
3 eggs
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/3 c. oil
4 oz. jar pimento
1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
