STRAWBERRY SHAKE 
2 c. fresh or frozen whole strawberries
1 1/2 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. sugar
Dash of ground cinnamon

If you are using fresh strawberries, halve large berries. Freeze berries. In a blender container, combine the skim milk, sugar, and ground cinnamon; gradually add the frozen berries, blending at medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately in small glasses. Makes 5 (5 ounce) servings. 80 calories per serving.
