STROGANOFF BAKE 
6 slices bacon, fried
2 lb. round steak, bite size
2 lg. onions
1 box fresh mushrooms
2 cartons sour cream
1 c. white cooking wine
1 (10 oz.) pkg. noodles

Set fried bacon aside, brown meat in bacon grease, remove from pan, brown onions in pan, slice mushrooms. Combine meat, onions, mushrooms, sour cream, wine. Cover and simmer real low for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Boil noodles, drain and combine with above mixture in layers. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, crumble bacon on top and bake at 350 degrees until piping hot. Serves 10.
