LAYERED HAMBURGER BAKE 
4 oz. (3 c.) noodles
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach (chopped), cooked and drained
1/2 c. (2 oz.) cheddar cheese

Cook noodles in large amount of salted, boiling water until tender. Drain. Brown meat in skillet and drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and noodles; set aside.

Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, milk and onion. In 2 quart casserole, layer half the ground beef, noodle mixture, half the cream cheese mixture. Next, spoon on all the spinach, the remaining ground beef, and the noodle mixture. Cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or bubbly. Uncover and spread remaining cream cheese mixture on top; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 10 more minutes until cheese is melted. Serves 6.
