LAYERED HAMBURGER BAKE 
4 oz. med. noodles (3 c.)
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can (2 c.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.

Brown meat, drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and noodles. Set aside.

Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, milk and onion.

In 2 quart casserole, layer half of beef-noodle mix, half of cream cheese mixture, all of spinach and remaining beef-noodle mix. Cover and bake 350 degrees 40 minutes or until bubbly.

Uncover and spread remainder of cream cheese mixture atop; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake 10 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
