1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
8 oz. cooked noodles
1/4 c. green peppers
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown hamburger, drain. Add onion and saute until clear. Add tomato sauce, taco mix and water. Simmer 10 minutes. IN large bowl combine sour cream, 1 tablespoon flour, cottage cheese, instant bouillon, cooked noodles and green pepper. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish, top with meat mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with cheese and bake until cheese melts.
