BEEF CHEESE BAKE 
1 lb. ground chuck
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. sugar
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic (optional)
8 oz. thin noodles
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. onion, chopped
1-1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown meat with salt and pepper, garlic, sugar, and onion. Drain fat. Add tomato sauce and cook slowly for 30 minutes. Cook noodles as directed. Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream and noodles. Put in 2 quart casserole dish, cover with meat mixture. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
