HAWAIIAN SPARE RIBS 
3 lbs. country spare ribs
9 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger

Cut the ribs in serving size pieces and place in a shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients and cook and stir until thick. Pour pineapple mixture over ribs. Cover and bake in a preheated oven about 2 hours or until tender. Uncover, spoon with sauce and bake 15 minutes longer to glaze.
