FILA CHICKEN PACKETS 
3 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
3/4 c. chopped green onions
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. dry tarragon
4 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 c. butter, melted
12 sheets fila, thawed if frozen
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

In small bowl, stir together onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, tarragon, and 2 cloves garlic. Combine remaining 2 cloves of garlic with butter and melt. Take 1 sheet fila dough folded in half; brush with garlic butter. Salt and pepper both sides of chicken. Put mayonnaise mixture on both sides of chicken and place in middle of fila dough. Roll up tightly. Place on ungreased cookie sheet slightly apart. Brush packets with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

At this point, you may arrange packets in a single layer in a container with a tight fitting lid and freeze for up to 1 month. Thaw completely, covered, before baking.
