MICROWAVE RHUBARB CRISP | |
4 c. sliced rhubarb 3/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. cinnamon TOPPING: 1/4 c. rolled oats 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. flour 1/8 tsp. cinnamon Microwave Directions: Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and cinnamon; mix well. Spoon into microwave dish. In a small bowl combine topping ingredients. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over rhubarb. Microwave on high 12 to 14 minutes. Rotate half way through cooking. |
