MICROWAVE RHUBARB CRISP 
4 c. sliced rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1/4 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Microwave Directions: Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and cinnamon; mix well. Spoon into microwave dish. In a small bowl combine topping ingredients. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over rhubarb. Microwave on high 12 to 14 minutes. Rotate half way through cooking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
