FRIED PEPPERS & ONIONS 
10 lg. peppers, red or green
1 lg. sweet onion
1 lg. can tomato soup

Wash and clean peppers and large onion. Cut peppers in strips. Cut onion in pieces. Mix all together; put in skillet and fry in olive oil. When almost done, add 1 large can tomato soup. Add 1/2 can water. Season in the salt and pepper to taste. Simmer awhile and serve. Good hot or cold on sandwiches or serve as a vegetable with any kind of meat.
