CHOCOLATE SHEATH CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour, self rising
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour and sugar in mixing bowl. Put cocoa, butter, Wesson oil, and water in pan and bring to a boil. Pour into sugar and flour; mix well. Mix buttermilk, eggs, cinnamon, soda, and vanilla. Pour into mixture and mix well. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

CHOCOLATE ICING:

1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts, if desired
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar

Start icing 5 minutes before cake is done. Put all ingredients in saucepan except sugar and bring to a boil. Pour on while cake is still hot.
