1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all in iron skillet and cook, stirring while cooking. Cook until thick. Pour into a cooked pie crust. Beat egg whites and pour on top. Let brown in oven.
