8 lbs. cubed American leg of lamb 1/2 c. olive oil 2 onions 1 c. sherry Bell seasoning Onions, green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms In a big bowl: 1 layer meat, sprinkle with bell seasoning, 1/8 slices of onions and bell seasoning, olive oil. Repeat, etc., etc. over top layer. Pour 1 cup sherry. Mix together. Keep overnight with Saran Wrap. Cook with vegetables. Serves 12. |
