DUCK DRESSING 
5 c. crumbled cornbread
1 pkg. onion soup mix
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp. creole seasoning
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. milk
3 raw eggs
2 sm. ducks, deboned & chopped
Broth from ducks

Mix cornbread, soup mix, boiled eggs, seasoning and onions. Add raw eggs, milk and enough broth to make a mush. Then add duck meat. Pour into pan and cook at 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
