DUCK AND DRESSING | |
Duck 1 can cream of chicken soup Onion and celery Bell peppers Cornmeal 1 can cream of mushroom soup Poultry seasoning Crouton stuffing mix Cook duck (use broth to make dressing). Cook cornmeal enough for your party, (usually a 9 x 9 inch pan will make a roaster full of dressing). Saute vegetables in a small amount of cooking oil. Put over crumbled bread and croutons. Then add broth gradually. Let sit to swell and add cream soups, stir and add seasoning. Place duck in the dressing and stuff the duck with some of the dressing. Bake until done. |
