TEXAS HASH 
3 tbsp. cooking oil
2 green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. cooked tomatoes
1 c. cooked rice or macaroni
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 lg. onions

Cook peppers, onions and hamburger until pink is gone from meat. Add tomatoes, rice or macaroni and seasonings. Cook rice or macaroni first. Arrange in a greased baking dish and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until crumbs are brown. Yield: 4 servings.
