ROLL TORTE 
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. potato starch
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. dark chocolate

Set oven at 375 degrees. Mix eggs and sugar together. Add remainder of the ingredients. Cut wax paper to fit jelly roll pan. Grease wax paper and pour batter into pan. Bake 12 to 20 minutes until cake springs back. Remove cake from pan and peel off wax paper. While it is still warm, roll up gently. When cake cools, unroll and you may fill it with your favorite filling; whipped cream, butter cream, fresh fruit, etc.
