CORN - WIENER CHOWDER 
4 med. potatoes, diced (3 c.)
2 wieners, chopped
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. parsley (optional)
Dash of pepper
butter

Cook potatoes (diced) until tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Add corn, wieners, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through. Pour into warm chowder bowls and top each serving with crumbled bacon bits and butter. Serve with crackers. Makes 5 servings.
