CRUSTY POTATO CAKE 
6 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
Salt
Lemon pepper
Savor salt
Parsley
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped onions

Arrange layer of potato slices in bottom of greased 9 inch pie plate or cake pan. Sprinkle with small portion of onions, butter and seasonings. Repeat layers until all potatoes are used. Cook, uncovered, in 400 degree oven until potatoes are tender, about 50 minutes.

Loosen edges and bottom of potatoes with wide spatula. Place platter over pan; invert potatoes onto platter. Cut into wedges. Serve while hot.
