FLANK STEAK MARINADE 
1 1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. dried onions
6 tbsp. honey
Pinch of ground ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. orange marmalade

Score steaks on both sides; mix ingredients; pour over steaks. Poke with fork, turning often. Marinate at least 24 hours. Grill approximately 6 minutes on each side. Cut with electric knife across the grain on a slant in thin slices. Steaks must be scored on both sides. For 3 steaks.
