MARINADE FLANK STEAK | |
1 (1 1/2 lbs.) flank steak 5 green onions 3/4 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 3 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. vinegar Place steak in a large shallow dish. Combine and mix well the remaining ingredients. Pour over steak. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Drain steak, reserving marinade. Grill over hot coals 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness, basting with marinade. Serves 5 or 6. |
