STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
4 med. green peppers
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/2 c. onion, minced
1 tbsp. butter
1 can tomato soup
1 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Remove tops and seeds from peppers. Cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Brown meat. Drain. Cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in 1 cup soup and remaining ingredients. Spoon meat mixture into peppers. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Spread remaining soup over peppers about 15 minutes before done. Serves 4.
